Seven inch three stage octagonal to round brass barrel with reinforced cannon form muzzle cast in one piece with the brass boxlock action engraved with trophies and ‘P.BOND’ on the left hand side and ‘45 CORNHILL LONDON’ on the right within ovals, engraved steel trigger guard, central throat hole cock and frizzen, figured walnut slab sided stock, breech with Tower proof marks., later horn tipped ramrod.
