With 13¼ inch flared brass octagonal to round barrels with top mounted spring bayonet, sparsely engraved tang incorporating the bayonet release catch, plain signed bevel edged locks with stepped tails, safety slides, swan neck cocks and large rollers on the feather springs, walnut half stock finely chequered at the wrist, shield shaped escutcheon with crest depicting a rising whale’s head, engraved brass furniture including butt plate, trigger guard with pineapple finial and forend cap decorated with a bow and quiver of arrows, horn tipped ramrod with worm.
