With 14 inch two staged sighted swamped barrels, plain tangs, convex banana shaped locks with floral engraving signed WORNALL, the swan neck cocks engraved en suite, walnut full stocks carved with a shell behind each tang, silver mounts including long spurred butt caps with floral engraving, the pommels with cast smiling masks, trigger guards each engraved with a bird and with trefoil finials, pierced side plates depicting a man’s face entwined by mythical serpents and stylised wrist escutcheons bearing the initials G Q, iron tipped ramrods each with charge extraction worm.
